VeneerFlow is veneer inventory and production software by Vitorscape Technologies, built for veneer factories. It tracks every veneer bundle from inward to delivery: Inward, Grouping, Cutting, Delivery.
Import the supplier packing list from Excel or CSV. Bundles are kept exactly as received, with species applied to the list, and each bundle gets its own QR label.
The grouping team picks or scans bundles into a group. The width adds up by itself, and a group over the maximum width gets a red flag. A photo is taken and the cutting area is marked before the group is sent to the Cutting Team.
The Cutting Team views the exact cutting instruction and enters the cut in CM. The system works out produced SQM and wastage. Sheet count is optional, and only the Cutting Team can mark a job done.
The owner dashboard updates the moment work is done, with production by species and sheet size, inventory, delivery and reports. The VeneerFlow Assistant answers ready-made questions from live data.
